At RAVEMEN, we stand by the quality of our high-performance cycling lights and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging, including all mounts, charging cables, and manuals, to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
